I can make a guess that your path is messed up, but you didn't give
much information...

Did you get an error message when you ran   perl script.pl   ?

Try   perl -v   if that gives you the version info back the path
should be fine.

What M$ OS are you running?  9x/me/2k?  When you get a "MS-DOS"
window, how do you bring it up?
