Hi Excuse my email, I do realise this might not be a beginner's question but I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm using Net::SNMP 3.6, I think this is the latest version. My problem is that I need to use a value of type octetstringhex, but I can not seem to find this type in the module. The closest to it is octetstring. I'm using octetstringhex type with Cisco's ping mib and it's a set request where the type is octetstringhex and the value is the IP address of a router in hexadecimal form. Thanks, Elias.
