The volume of the beginners list is amazing! IMHO, great job!

I have made this decision based on what I believe to be the easiest
way to split things.
Don't forget to subscribe to the list(s) you're interested in.
THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART!
How to deal with posts that may be OT for a list:
Do nothing unless you are going to reply in private. There will be a
couple list moderators who will reply to the OT post with a gentle
hand while Cc:'ing the appropriate list.
CALL FOR MODERATORS!
I'm looking for a few good men and women who will be dedicated to
helping folks know where to turn with their questions. Send mail to

in with the details.
