I have not used Windows Perl for a while, but I do know there is PPM and I see a
TermReadKey.ppd
available at: http://rto.dk/packages/
Look at the docs for PPM and try to install it that way. You should have the
docs locally, but in case..

will show you the PPM FAQ (I used to use ActivePerl, that is why my name is on
the FAQs.. but it has been a while :)
