I've used DATE_ADD function in MySQL for similar purposes: "SELECT id, DATE_FORMAT(DATE_ADD(datecreated, INTERVAL 2 HOUR), '%c/%e/%y at: %l:%i %p'), email, name, comments FROM $table_name order by id limit $offset,10;"
