I mean, how many times have we watched something snappy
witty, erudite, and a candidate for PerlGolf wind up
becoming institutionalized in some one's "process document".

I think the amount of time that a person takes mastering
the various HTML::* modules will pay major dividends in
the long run as they have more and more

already to fire 'the next time' as well as a leg up on
making sure that there is a better way to 'do it right
the first time'.

It could just be my OCD, but if I could have hammered
flat every FROOOTLOOP who wanted merely a 'quick and dirty'
one time only fix, 'honest, it's just this one time', rather
than actually cure the root cause problem, WE would be on a
flat earth from all the pounding....
