I made life easier on my users by making the one single popup window I have. It's a ticketing system (written in perl). You click on a ticket number, and the ticket opens in a popup. You type in notes, change hte group queue or private queue ownership or whatever else have you, hit update, and the window goes away automagically as the ticket gets updated. > A good example for not screwing with the user is amazon.com.
