Use HTTP_REFREER in your scripts which you want to prevent from other domains.
It will check the input coming from which domain. Allow selected domains and disallow all others. Alternatively, there are a lot of javascripts for this purpose also. One I used was ... hmmmmm, go to: http://javascript.internet.com and put "Must Come From" in the search box there, and hopefully it will come up with the script.
