"Test.pm" already exists as a real module
in most of the perl releases.
cf: perldoc -m Test
So you may want to get into h2xs a little sooner -
so that you can feel safe about doing things like
h2xs -AX tmullin::Foo
which will get you a safe name space to work on
the stuff you wish to spin up.
