If you want to upload the file as a file, you need to use a file field. If you want to paste the text into a text field and then save it as a file on the server, that's another story.

Hi all, Is it possible to use a text field for uploading files, or I need to use only a file field? I have some reasons for wanting only a text file. Thanks.
