How do I Configure Perl for use with a Personal Web Server? The skinny, I am on my home computer running Windows 98 second edition with ActiveState Perl installed and I can write scripts to the MS-Dos window. I am also using the Personal Web Server that comes with Windows 98 and I don't know what to do configure the Web Server to display my local Perl in the Internet Explorer 6?
Please note: I don't have access to perldoc perldoc as perldoc.bat installed but perldoc.* did not... and frankly I wasn't even asked to give the licence during the install of ActiveState. I am unable to work and cannot affort a UNIX Box although I would be interested on what that is and what is involved in setting up such an animal, I do have some spare parts here and there. I have researched many great tutoral sites like http://www.netcat.co.uk/rob/perl/win32perltut.html But none have helped me configure my PWS. Thank you all for your help in advance Doug Cook [EMAIL PROTECTED] as I am new to Perl and CGI, like I had to tell you that :-) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
