Hi: Is there any way to validate a user (by providing User/Passwd fields) in CGI against Solaris OS (2.6 or 7 or 8) logon validation so that we don't have to maintain a separate list of userids/passwds or use the htpasswd in Apache server. This way we can just rely on the OS validation! Anyone?? TIA. Prabhu.
