Hi, a few alternatives you can try, (a) Why not use ActiveState ?, its binary installer works ok on Windows NT
(b) Compile from source, use Visual C++ if you can, or even Cygwin (a unix emulation for windows) or any other C++ compiler The Perl source can be compiled on Windows platforms... (although some stuff that is unix specific might not work the way you expect) (c) your most promising solution, use IndigoPerl.. (www.indigostar.com). Its another Perl distribution, not as well known but it's ok to use Hope this helps, Thimal -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
