Regarding the 3.x versions of CGI.pm.  I've heard of some people having core dumps 
with it (not
sure how) and there's an interesting discussion 
(http://www.perlmonks.org/index.pl?node_id=95702)
of some security concerns with this module.  However, it is supposed to run 
significantly faster,
so I'm anxious to see it become production ready.
