Dear List,

Perl is not my first programming language and I have
some knowledge in C and VB. Anyway, I haven't done C
programming for the past 2 yrs.

I have the basic understanding of the beginning part
of Perl and kind of blur at Regular Expression but no
background on web development at all.

I think I should get a proper book (I was relying on
the short tutorials in net), any recommendations of
free library books in the net?

Can I get some help in my problem perhaps as I say
some enlightment.

Rgds,
