yet my code says

if ($msHandle) {
# do the rest of the processing
summit relocation's IP Address: 208.165.75.152
so summitrelocation is establishing connection rather than
new ('209.67.207.3',who I thought was who i was asking to establish
connection...
i am confused now.
can some one please help me.
