Is it giving any error messages? Can you post the code?

You shouldn't. This should be transparent.
How did you upgrade? Did you remove a prior installation or install over it? What OS
are you on?
Any extra info you give could be helpful as an upgrade introduces enough differences
that it's
not easy to just guess the source of the problem.
