HTML::Parser

I'm trying to run a script which uses the HTML-Parser-3.25 scripts, and
every time, I get this error:
Can't locate loadable object for module HTML::Parser in @INC.
The file Parser.pm is in the @INC directory, and the lib directory within
the tar file is in the @INC directory, also.
So...  Can anyone help fix this?
