Should work with Netscape; it does with mine. However, browsers are not
required to always pass a referer. I wouldn't count on it being there.
(Sounds like you're asking for the IP address of the server of the last
page the browser was looking at. Are you sure you don't want the IP
address that the browser is running from? That would be REMOTE_ADDR.)
