I've opened a pull request for Questrade. As it supports both USD and CAD in the same account, modifications go a bit beyond than just adding an importer. I've tried to support as many scenario as possible, based on what I could find in my reports, you can give that PR a try and see if that works for you.
For WealthSimple, I started a basic CSV importer but I don't have enough data as my account with them is quite recent.
