Are still in the archive. I think the deal is that some people don't like seeing spam from a mailing list that has otherwise high quality posts. My Gmail misclassified legitimate emails from this list as spam and I don't want to mark any of the actual spam I receive from it in case that starts marking other legitimate posts as spam for other people.
