Hi Martin,
after connecting TP1 to P9 pin 1 (DGND) and executed 
sudo dd if=/opt/scripts/device/bone/bbbw-eeprom.dump 
of=/sys/devices/platform/ocp/44e0b000.i2c/i2c-0/0-0050/eeprom
finally my BBBw has been detected as BBB wireless.
By means connmanctl tool I have  successfully  connected it to my router.
