Pardon... The eMMC used was chosen BECAUSE it is RELIABLE. However, the
more reliable flash memories tend to be slower.
Technically NOT "unpublished" either since you should be able to look
up the specification sheet for the eMMC chip on your board (mine has the
Micron chip:

there is a PDF linked lower on that page for the 26 page data sheet).
It is SD cards that are difficult to find specifications for as makers
may keep the same "name/part" but change out the internals. eMMC, OTOH,
tend to be ordered /by/ manufacturers and they specify performance when
doing so.
