However, the more reliable flash memories tend to be slower. Technically NOT "unpublished" either since you should be able to look up the specification sheet for the eMMC chip on your board (mine has the Micron chip: https://www.datasheet4u.com/datasheet-pdf/Micron/MTFC4GLDEA-0M-WT/pdf.php?id=1025550 there is a PDF linked lower on that page for the 26 page data sheet).
