I think this is the place where I may find some answeres. We are using a
server located in Japan to send email (from a php application). Now, when we
use AOL or Hotmail the email doesn't show up in the inbox (we have checked
the bulk/spam folder). I'm not sure what's going wrong, as we can receive
email if we send email to some other email service provider, like gmail, or
agni.
Can anyone please shed light how to track this problem? Is it possible that
the email server's ip is black listed? How can I know that?
Any help will be much appricated.
