I'm assuming the last-but-one meeting minutes have gotten stuck in the Land of Zuckerberg, which I'm sure has made them very sad.
It would be a great boon to said minutes to rescue them and cause them to be featured in http://lists.basfa.org/private.cgi/basfa-basfa.org/ , which so far is not the case.
