okay, so that is the cause of the problem.
I suggest to remove the 'Enabled = "No"' and instead have the Schedule
directive not set (probably remove it from the JobDefs). In my opinion,
that makes the configuration also clearer.

But the jobs that I'm missing in the WebUI have 'Enabled = "No"' in
their job-config. These jobs are triggered by a systemd timer which
periodically calls a python script that decides which clients need to be
