The job Name can stay the same.
You extent the fileset data (which will trigger a new full)

Then the restore will contain the whole dataset once the new full is done, 
and the partial dataset before that date.

Changing a JobName will make new job with that name, and I would advise to 
not try to change its previous occurrences.
