Debian famously runs 6.7.1-4 of python3-pyvmomi in their newest debian 12
buster. There are no backports.
Bareos requires pyVmomi module version 7.0.2 or greater.

I tried installing it like this in both the root and bareos user
pip install --force-reinstall -v "pyvmomi>=7.0.2" --break-system-packages
but to no avail.

Before I destroy my entire linux distro and bareos installation, has anyone
of you an idea on how to resolve this depencency chaos?
