Have same problem on newest Bareos 19.2.6

I want to create incremental every 6h, but first full backup takes
approximately 10h. While next incremental runs, its queued with full with
info:

bareos-dir JobId 65: No prior or suitable Full backup found in catalog.
Doing FULL backup.

With "Allow Duplicate Jobs = no" consolidation Job wont start:

bareos-dir JobId 13: Fatal error: JobId 12 already running. Duplicate job
not allowed.

I tried to move "Allow Duplicate Jobs = no" to JobDefs of AlwaysIncremental
job, and "Allow Duplicate Jobs = no" to JobDefs according to Consolidate
job but still have same problem.

I found same problem here:
https://bugs.bareos.org/view.php?id=792

But still without solution. I tried to solve this by setting different job
priority (incremental and consolidation) but as far as I understand,
VirtualFull has same priority as Consolidation Job.

Do you have any idea how to cancel overlaping incremental job without
"Allow Duplicate Jobs = no" ?

Have a nice day,
Mariusz Sitarz
