When you have "signature" enabled in your fileset, the signature of each file 
is created, stored and
verified on restore. You can choose MD5 or SHA1 signatures.

So basically what you are asking for is already automatically implemented.



What is also available is verify jobs; you can run them to verify what is in 
your backup with what
is on your disk, see:

So, everything you need is already there.
