Web development needs a vast set of skills, including databases, frontend, backend and dev tools, and it is hard to teach it effectively in a 3 hour workshop. Hence we want to use the flipped classroom <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flip_teaching> methodology. You will get access to a curriculum of online courses prepared by experts. Participants will follow the course materials (video lectures, readings etc) etc online in a self-paced format. 8 great mentors will help if you have any doubts, and also do code reviews and give you suggestions for improvements. You can also interact with other learners online.
