I have an opening for a Python Developer/Sr. Developer for World Biz Express, Bangalore. Please refer below to the Job Description: PYTHON DEVELOPER/SR.DEVELOPER Duties and Responsibilities: . Development, documentation, and maintenance of cutting edge web-based applications. . Develop and maintain applications using standard development tools. . Serve as technical reference in aspects of product design and ensure that resulting design specification fits into technical architectural framework. . Recommend and maintain technical design methodologies, processes and standards. . Implement new web applications using Python. . Enhance current product capabilities for better performance, scalability and maintainability. . Provide technical guidance and assistance to other software engineers. . Effectively communicate task progress, analysis, recommendations, schedules, as well as technical and process issues and their resolution to customers ranging from senior managers to other technical personnel. . Maintain clear and complete documentation. Required Profile: . A minimum of 2-4 years of development experience in website development in PHP/Python. . Strong Experience with object oriented development in Python (minimum 1 year work experience). . Experience on other technologies including: Ajax, HTML5, XML, CSS. . Experience working with a major web application framework like Django, Pyramid, Zend, Webpy etc. . Experience with Service Oriented Architecture design principles . Strong database skills (mysql, mongo DB etc.) . Experience with the full software development lifecycle. . Ability to solve problems, analyzing possible solutions in a methodical fashion. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set deadlines. . Good communication skills. . Ability to collaborate. Education: .
