Please don't send "unsubscribe" requests to the mailing list. It doesn't unsubscribe you but only sends the message to all the subscribers.
If you want to unsubscribe visit " http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/bangpypers";, go to "BangPypers Subscribers" section at the end and enter your email address. On clicking "Unsubscribe or edit options" you will go to another page. Click on the "Unsubscribe" button there.
