I have my personal site on hcoop.net. It's a hosting cooperative. Of late, they've been having some issues but the lack of a commercial entity backing it is a mixed blessing and it might be suitable for your needs. They are pretty liberal with server policies so you can do almost anything you want. OTOH, it's not really strong enough for commercial level hosting and loads.
