Dear List, GNOME, which has hosted this list for many years, is in the process of migrating discussion from mailing lists to Discourse[0]. A new issue[1] has been opened to discuss the migration for Balsa, with a proposed date of October 30th, 2020 (yes, in just over three weeks!).
The mechanism for continued discussion is laid out in the issue, and the rationale for the whole process is described in a link[2] that you can find there.
