Hello, I am new to mailing list posting, so forgive me if I make mistakes ;-) ... I have recently switched to Linux and would really like to use Balsa as my email client, I like the way it works and the underlying design principles.
There are two functions I rely a lot on: a "unified" inbox (but I could probably get used to the advantages of deliberately checking separate ones, I suppose...) and keybindings, especially for moving emails to folders (across IMAP accounts, which is one of the reasons I appreciated the unified view). Among the experienced users, could someone comment on this? Concretely, my questions are: - Can one create "smart folders" / views and how? - Is there a "list" out there for the keyboard shortcuts I could use? - Can one create keyboard shortcuts (I have read the (old) post on keybindings... but wondered if there was anything new?) - Or any other suggestion how one can quickly sort emails into folders by a key combination followed by the name of the folder (independently of the IMAP account it belongs to)? The questions seem different, but are actually linked around the same subject, so I thought I'd write them in a single message. Let me know if I need to address this differently or if you have any ideas, Thanks already, Felix _______________________________________________ balsa-list mailing list balsa-list@gnome.org https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/balsa-list
