bacula/bin/dbcheck before running a job, using BeforeJob option.

dbcheck tool is used to clean up the records from the database that are
not needed any more. It needs to read database credentials from the
bacula-dir configuration file and if the path to the configuration file
is not specified, it will use some compiled-in default path.

In short, dbcheck is not using the correct database connection info.
