The way I deal with this is to keep all Android user data on a server folder, which is backed up, and use a sync app such as Syncthing or Resilio ( both free, I use Syncthing-fork ) to automatically sync Android devices selected folders to the server in real time. Not a true backup in the sense of a complete image I know but it protects the valuable stuff. It's also nice that changes get propagated around automatically.
This also works for Mac and I guess Win also which I don't use. *Regards* Chris Wilkinson On Sat, 31 Jan 2026, 14:31 Phil Stracchino, <[email protected]> wrote: > On 1/31/26 05:43, Ronald de Haan via Bacula-users wrote: > > All, > > > > Are there any users here who use Bacula to backup the data from their > > Android smartphones and or tablets?
