Sigh... I feel like such an idiot.

I incorrectly assumed that installing Bacula in Ubuntu 24.04 would
install the latest version 15.0.3, and of course it only installs
version 13.0.4.

uff!   Yes, I think a lot of people get caught in this trap. Most
distributions are almost always a number of versions behind with
the default available Bacula community version.
