That error means that bacula is unable to resolve the hostname of the client specified.

I would suggest checking the bacula-dir.conf client {} resource referenced by the BackupClient1 job. In that client {} resource, I expect that the address="xyz" value refers to the old hostname OR that the hostname specified is invalid.
