Hi,

I´m using Bacula 9.6.5, and I ran a backup in a WIndows Client.

The client´s status is OK, the job ran wtihout any error (as shown in job´s log), but when I try to do a recover  the backup is empty.

I don´t understand what is happening?

I also attach a screnshot of the resotore.

Thanks

LOGS JOB:

Hello Gina,

Interesting how you got the job log to be printed in reverse chronological
order. :)

Can you paste the configuration for the pool `FileSRV_5Gb`?

Additionally can you show us the bconsole output of:
----8<----
* list pools
* long list volume=bckSrv_5609
----8<----

It is probable that after the backup job `job_SAP-content-prod` was complete, at some point the volume passed its retention period, was autopruned (I see autopruning is enabled in this environment), and all records of jobs and files on the volume were removed from the catalog database.

Also, we might find out for sure when this happened if you can show:
----8<----
# grep FileSRV_5Gb /path/to/the/bacula.log
----8<----

Note: I do not know which disto you are on, so the log file can be in different
places and may possibly be found with:
----8<----
# locate bacula.log
----8<----

Or by looking at the `Messages {}` resource(s) in your bacula-dir.conf file and finding the `Append =` lines in those Messages resources.

Best regards,
Bill
