They are on Sourceforge at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/bacula/files/Win32_64/5.2.10/. That is
the only 32-bit binaries I know of. There is a chance that it can still
be compiled for 32-bit CPUs by cross-compiling on Linux....maybe. But
