Thanks for your feedback.

Since version 4.0.0 we changed the way of providing binary packages.
You can read about it in the release announcement 4.0.0:

https://bacularis.app/news/89/36/New-release-Bacularis-4.0.0

You see 4.0.0 in the packages.bacularis.app repositories because in
these repositories we provide packages for major releases such as
4.0.0. The binary packages with major and minor versions are available
in subscription repositories.

This change is for the binary package repositories. But please don't
worry. To get 4.4.0 you can also use any of other installation methods
like:

 - installation with PHP Composer
 - Docker container images
 - manual installation with source archives

Description for all of them you can find in the Bacularis documentation.
