Agreed: That's why the chat is popping up every few minutes asking me for questions and why I'm unable to get prices without providing a lot of private data, while I am a private person instead of a company and I simply don't want them to e.g. call me. And what happens when asking the chat? It simply asks for name, company and business mail as well, though gladly not for a telephone number anymore, instead of being able to provide answers for ismple questions like prizes.
