And maybe you can study those options behavior and adjust in your case:
 Duplicates and priorities
AllowMixedPriority:
AllowDuplicateJobs:
CancelLowerLevelDuplicates:
CancelQueuedDuplicates:
CancelRunningDuplicates:

I always use static DHCP entries for clients I know about :)
