Hello Alexey, Yes, I confirm that Baculum supports PHP 8 (8.0, 8.1 and 8.2). You wrote that after switching to PHP 8.1 Baculum stopped building correctly. Could I ask you about describing what it means, what commands you type and what error you see? It will help us to diagnose where the problem that you experience is.
For Bacularis, it is a more modern project than Baculum.
