Debian Buster and Bullseye should have it. By the way the system was not come
up before I recreated the inodes manually. Maybe some of them are essential
for booting the system so not all needs to be recreated but I think it is not
an issue to restore them from a backup.
Here a list of files found on a fresh with debootstrap installed bullseye
before I firstly boot them up.
