I answer to myself as I forgot to enable SSL and install libssl and
openssl when compiling.
Nevertheless, the correct directive is "Volume Encryption" rather than
"Block Encryption" as stated in the doc file.

I've noticed that "Volume Encryption" directive is named "Block
Encryption" in the doc file, did I missed something? When I try to put
"Block Encryption", bacula-sd tells me that this directive does not
exist (at least in the device resource).
