You can do this, but this plugin should be able to take a backup of the
running container, AFAIR.

I bet you setup a local directory on the "Where" parameter, in this case a
container snapshot (image) will be restored to this directory.

I assume yes. There is an option to backup selected PVC data using a
dedicated bacula container as an access proxy on K8S. You can ask Bacula
K8S Plugin to remotely execute any command on the database container to
take a valid backup archive.

AFAIK, it is not supported currently. You can restore all PVC data to
another place and take selected files manually.
