https://www.bacula.org/13.0.x-manuals/en/main/New_Features_in_9_0_0.html#SECTION007051000000000000000 The above page says: Once the problem with the tape drive has been corrected, you can clear the tape alerts and re-enable the device with the Bacula bconsole command such as the following: enable Storage=Tape Note, when you enable the device, the list of prior tape alerts for that drive will be discarded.
